Galaxy S23 One UI 8.5 Beta Update

Samsung may soon expand the One UI 8.5 beta update to more Galaxy devices, as new firmware builds have been spotted on its internal test servers. The Galaxy S23, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Flip 5, and select Galaxy A series phones are expected to join the next phase. With this, Samsung will cover many of its older but essential smartphones with the new beta firmware. The beta firmware for all these listed Galaxy devices has been spotted on the CheckFirm database, and Tarun Vats first discovered it.

Though Samsung has yet to confirm these devices, after the last massive wave of flagship models, this time, Samsung is likely going to cover older flagship devices and mid-range phones. Here is the list of all devices that could enter the One UI 8.5 beta update testing program.

Galaxy A35 and A36 One UI 8.5 Beta Builds Appear

After these premium flagship devices, Samsung is also bringing the One UI 8.5 beta program to the Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A36. There is also a chance the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A56 will join the list, but no beta build has been spotted for them yet.

All these Galaxy devices are expected to receive the Samsung One UI 8.5 beta rollout over the next few days. The Galaxy S23 series and foldable phones will likely join the testing first, followed by Galaxy A series devices.
