The Galaxy A37 also offers a 6.7-inch display, a better vapor chamber, an IP68 rating, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Samsung has worked on both phones to make successors of the Galaxy A36 & Galaxy A56 smartphones.

Exynos 1680 and 1480 Performance

For the new Galaxy A57 smartphone, Samsung has introduced the Exynos 1680 processor, and the Exynos 1480 for the Galaxy A37. Both processors are capable of better optimization, improved battery efficiency, and faster gaming performance. For the Galaxy A37, Samsung has used the same chip that was seen on the Galaxy A55 smartphone.

In terms of RAM and storage, the Galaxy A57 offers 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB options. With the Galaxy A37, users can choose between 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB storage.

Camera Features and Galaxy AI

In the camera department, both phones have a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 lens and are capable of improved night photography and videography. The selfie cameras are also the same, featuring a 12MP sensor with an f/2.2 lens.

The difference lies in the ultrawide camera, where the Galaxy A57 gets a 12MP sensor, while the A37 gets an 8MP sensor. For enhanced camera performance, Samsung has introduced some Galaxy AI features.

Battery and Charging Details

Both phones are equipped with a 5000mAh battery and support 45W fast charging, which can charge up to 80% in 30 minutes, according to Samsung.

Runs on One UI 8.5 Software Version

After the Galaxy S26 series, these two phones are among the next to run on the stable One UI 8.5 software update. This means users can experience all the new features before other flagship models. They also include several Galaxy AI features like Best Face, Voice Transcript, Audio Trim, Object Eraser, and more to improve productivity.

Galaxy A37 and A57 Price and Availability

The Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 will go on sale in the US and other major countries starting April 9. The Galaxy A37 is priced at $450, while the Galaxy A57 costs $550 in the US. In some markets like Germany and France, Samsung is offering a free storage upgrade promotion for a limited time. For both models, Samsung has announced 6 years of One UI software updates and Android security patches.
