Samsung has started rolling out the first software update for the Galaxy A57 smartphone in major countries. The latest firmware, A576BXXU1AZC2, has been released in the UAE, Brazil, Singapore, Australia, and Egypt. The new firmware update focuses on improving system security and overall stability, with no major feature changes included.
According to the tipster, Mohammed Khatri on Twitter, the update carries the January 2026 Android security patch, addressing several high- and medium-risk vulnerabilities. Galaxy Updates has also independently confirmed a new software version on Samsung’s update server. Although it is the first security update, the firmware code reveals that it may include some additional changes to the device.
First Galaxy A57 Firmware Update

The official changelog has not revealed any new features, though it could include features that Samsung announced at its launch event, such as Object Eraser, Best Face, Apple AirDrop, and others.
The rollout appears to be happening in phases, meaning some users may receive the update earlier than others, depending on their region and carrier. The Galaxy A57, along with the Galaxy A37, will officially launch in many countries on April 9 and 10. This means that when users receive their device, it will likely already have the latest firmware version.
Galaxy A57 users can manually check for the update by navigating to Settings > Software update > Download and install. The remaining countries, including India and the US, may also receive the new software in the coming days.
