Samsung is rolling out a new February 2026 software update for the Galaxy A06 smartphone, focusing on security improvements and overall system stability. The new firmware version for the device is A066BXXS5BZB6, and it is 285MB in size. It is currently reaching users in India, and other markets will soon receive it.
What’s New in the February Patch
The Galaxy A06 has become the first entry-level phone to receive the new Android security patch. This week, it has also arrived on the Galaxy A53, Galaxy A54, Galaxy A55, and Galaxy A56 smartphones in the A series. The firmware integrates the latest Android security patch and addresses several known vulnerabilities. As per the official changelog, it fixes a total of 37 vulnerabilities to improve the system’s security.
