The newly launched Galaxy A37 is finally receiving its first software update in major countries across Asia. Samsung has released the April 2026 security update for the device in India, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Taiwan. The new firmware version is A376EXXS2AZC3, and it is available to download in India. The interesting part is that in Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia, the Galaxy A37 has received firmware version A376BXXS2AZC2, which means the India build arrived later.
Galaxy A37 April 2026 Security Update
After launching on April 9 in many countries, this is the first firmware update based on the One UI 8.5 software for the device. Along with the Galaxy A57, the Galaxy A37 had received an early firmware version before it reached users. Now, the new version arrives to secure the phone with improved code and remove known bugs and errors.

April Patch Fixes 47 Vulnerabilities
As per Samsung’s bulletin board, the company has fixed a total of 47 vulnerabilities from the previous code, including 14 critical fixes. Further, since it is a post-launch update, Samsung has optimized its code for smoother performance and enhanced security to protect users’ privacy.
