The firmware version found on the Samsung test server is S948BXXU1AZC3, where the second-to-last letter is assigned to this month. Interestingly, the Galaxy S26 Ultra has yet to reach the hands of users, and when they receive it, the first thing they may see is the newest March security patch.

Expected Changes in Galaxy S26 Ultra March Update
In the new firmware, Samsung is expected to focus on app optimization, battery improvements, system stability, and early bug fixes (67 vulnerabilities from the previous code). Users who received early handsets have acknowledged some issues with battery, camera settings, document scanning, Samsung fonts, and animations, which Samsung could fix in the next software update.
When Will Galaxy S26 Series Receive the Update?
There is no specific release date for the Galaxy S26 series March update. The handset will officially go on sale from March 11 in major countries, so we expect the update to arrive in the next few days or weeks.
