Earlier this month, Galaxy Updates spotted the first March 2026 firmware build for the Galaxy S23 series. Now, Samsung is officially releasing the latest March 2026 firmware security patch for these older flagship models. The latest firmware version is S911NKSS7EZC2, which comes with the new patch, and it is 461MB in file size.
Galaxy S23 March 2026 update
The new update is now rolling out in South Korea and will soon be available to install in other countries. On the Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra, it fixes a total of 65 vulnerabilities, including a critical bug that was preventing remote code execution, enhancing device security and system stability. It addresses 8 critical security flaws in the code, as mentioned by Samsung in the monthly security bulletin.

Galaxy S23 One UI 8.5 Update Status
As Galaxy Updates found an exclusive One UI 8.5 firmware build for the Galaxy S23 Ultra, it may receive it soon. Samsung is currently conducting a beta program to reduce known bugs and improve the overall user experience with the One UI 8.5 version. The beta firmware will not be available for this phone, but it is expected to receive the stable version.

How to Download the March 2026 Patch
To install the new March security update on Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphones, go to Settings on your device. Then tap on Software update and download the new version by selecting Download and install.
