The Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 offers nearly 100 workout modes across different fitness categories. Compared to the previous Galaxy Fit 2, the new tracker supports many additional exercises, including gym training, outdoor activities, swimming, and team sports.
Samsung has also introduced several smartwatch-level features on the Fit 3, such as fall detection, snore detection, customizable watch faces, and improved workout tracking.
These Galaxy Fit 3 exercises can be customized directly from the Samsung Health app, where users can add or remove their preferred exercises.
Galaxy Fit 3 Auto Workout Detection
The Galaxy Fit 3 also offers auto-workout modes, so when you start your workout in the background, it will automatically start recording. Some of those activities are walking, running, and cycling, which are essential for many fitness-centric users.
On the band, when you walk for 10 minutes, it will start auto-detecting your steps, and when you run for 10 minutes, it will start tracking activity.
