For beta users, it is an essential update as Samsung has fixed some known issues from the first beta. It resolves the Bluetooth auto-scan failing issue and the delay in the quick panel when the user pulls it down.
Another major issue, where the message input window overlaps with the navigation bar, along with System UI ANR issues, has also been solved. Along with that, Samsung has fixed some known bugs to improve the overall quality and stabilize the beta version. It comes with a file size of 1068MB, so it is recommended to use Wi-Fi to download the update.
